Papers should be proofread before they are sent to customers
Writers should follow instructions
Writers should use uploaded materials and cite them
Citation is not always correct or sometimes absent. Pages don’t match or the whole source is not legit
References should be in general fresh (last 5-7 years)
PPT should (in general) have visual materials
Related to general order of work
Customers like when work is done ahead of time.
Customers don’t like when there is a need for a ddl extension on long projects, last minute extensions
Writers should communicate better: “Each write after reading all the materials/ instructions should message the customer letting them know everything is clear, and they ready to write. Because the " preparing status" can be a little misguiding when the deadline is really short.”
Order should be reviewed when they are placed. Customers should be notified about any additional pages or charges right away
Support
We ask customer to put all claims in writing when they phone
Support shouldn’t give promises in case wr is late – misleading the customer
Customer should not be notified that top10 is not available.
Support should check order description and if cs is asking not to assign someone – we should make sure it is done.
Technical
think about possibility to make pref writer easier. Such as: place a new order with this writer or add this writer to my favorites
maybe possibility for cs to add wr to dislike list as well
