In the general aspect of education system, several strategies, approaches and techniques are developed based on certain principles based on the relationship of education and the innate characteristic of human individual. To develop effectively the learning strategies towards optimum results, the education system has been transformed based from the principles of human characteristics, learning importance, and psychological motivation.
Through this system, normative principles and concepts have been established based on factors that are influential in the guidance and psychological system in the education field. In particular, the inclusive approach in education system has been developed and established based from factors existing in the aspect of sociology, growth and maturity, psychological motivation, and others. The inclusive approach in education mainly relates to the approach of treating the students as equal to each other thus, establishing a particular curriculum to each class group.
This approach mainly involves students with special needs wherein they are encouraged to participate in classes without special needs to develop together. Indeed, students with special needs are placed into general classes and mainstreamed in their general education curriculum in aim of developing normative characteristics in them. In general, this approach has been developed based on several factors influencing both the side of the student with special needs and the normative environment he/she has been placed with.
On the sociological perspective, this approach teaches the student to develop his or her sociological aspect thus, enabling him or her to develop as grow as one of the population. On this perspective, this approach also negates breeding discrimination within and against the special students. This approach negates the adverse condition of being isolated from the society through putting the students in mainstream with the other in terms of educational curriculum.
This condition will result to its impact on the psychological aspect of the student wherein he/she will grow as a member of the population highlighting his or her normal characteristics and gradually alleviating his/her special characteristics. This will system in part, aims to encourage the student to adapt and grow to the needs of the student population enabling him/her as part of their group. In part, this also emphasized his/her right for equal opportunity towards education along with the student population.
Based from these factors, the inclusion system in field of education aim to negate discrimination and encourage participation in the general population as an existing member. As such, the inclusion system becomes an important approach and an effective system in handling the special needs and characteristics of special students.
